NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to section 8(2)(c) of the above mentioned Act that the above named company (the Company) proposes to apply to the Department of Economic Development, Companies Registry for consent to cease to be registered in the Isle of Man and to be continued in a country outside the Isle of Man, namely in Cyprus.
Interested persons may make comments on the transfer of domicile of the Company to the Department of Economic Development, Companies Registry, PO Box 345, St George’s Court, Upper Church Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM99 2QS within a period of 10 days after the date of publication of this notice.
