CHINESE BACK OFFICE OFFICERS
With over 1,000,000 clients since it was founded in 2009, XM has grown to a large and well established international investment firm and has become a true industry leader. With a workforce of more than 300 people, XM is now looking for four Chinese Back Office Officers to join its Back Office team!
The key responsibilities of the role include:
· Dealing with client account requests such as change of account type, account currency, leverage
· Responding to client requests and inquiries via email
· Validating documentation provided by our clients
· Processing deposits, withdrawals, refunds and chargebacks

Main requirements:
· Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting is considered an advantage
· Experience in a similar position will be a plus
· Native Chinese speaker with excellent verbal and written skills in English
· Computer and numerically literate
