CORPORATE LAWYER

Due to our continued growth we are looking for: Corporate Lawyer

Qualification requirements:

Knowledge of Cyprus Law (Company Law, Business Law, Contract Law).

Solid experience in contract law with regard to companies registered in various jurisdictions (Cyprus, BVI, Belize etc), including drafting of basic corporate department documentation such as commercial contracts, corporate resolutions, powers of attorney, memoranda and articles of association, shareholders agreements etc.

Provision of ongoing legal support to a demanding corporate clientele including practical skills in carrying out corporate events for companies in Cyprus such as: minutes of meetings / written resolutions; Directors / Shareholders meetings; 100% group company / JV.

Proven ability in drafting legal opinions, reports and legal memoranda in a transactional context would be considered as an advantage.

Education:

Degree in Law

Language skills:

Greek and English - fluent (including experience in day to day activities such as business correspondence, negotiations, drafting and editing of legal documents in English)

Work experience:

At least 3 years as a lawyer in legal departments and divisions of consulting firms serving international businesses.
