Due to the continuous growth of our company, VGDA Accountants Limited, we seek to recruit a high caliber individual for the following position:

Member of Audit Team

The role will involve the audit of a portfolio of clients and preparation of Financial Statements and audit files. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of working on audits from planning to completion and will have come from a practice background. The key responsibilities will be:

1. Assist in audit plans and programs
2. Assist in the evaluation of the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls
3. Perform specific audit procedures
4. Provide assistance to other team auditors as requested

The knowledge, skills and abilities must include the following:

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
2. Applicants should ideally be working towards the ACCA Qualification or equivalent
3. At least 3-4 years of experience with an Audit Firm
4. Fluent in English
5. Knowledge of Caseware software
6. Knowledge of SAGE accounting software will be considered an additional advantage
7. Experience of Auditing foreign companies would be considered an advantage
