Αναφορικά με την πιο πάνω Εταιρεία, με αριθμό εγγραφής HE 178113, ειδοποιούνται όλοι οι ενδιαφερόμενοι ότι κατόπιν Ειδικού ψηφίσματος των Μετόχων της Εταιρείας, ημερομηνίας 05.11.2015, η Εταιρεία αποφάσισε να μεταφέρει την έδρα της από την Κύπρο στη Νήσο του Μαν (Isle of Man), επί της οδού Fort Anne, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 5PD, και θα υποβάλει σχετικώς αίτηση στον Έφορο των Εταιρειών.

Regarding the above company, with registration number HE 178113, all interested parties are hereby informed that following a Special Resolution of the Shareholders of the Company, dated 05.11.2015, the Company has decided to transfer its seat from Cyprus to the Isle of Man, at Fort Anne, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 5PD, and will for this reason submit a relevant application to the Registrar of Companies.
