Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 204(1)(b) of the BVI Business Companies Act, 2004 that the Company is in voluntary liquidation. The voluntary liquidation commenced on 22nd day of September, 2015. The Liquidator is Andrea J. Douglas of P.O. Box 3423, Tropic Isle Building, Nibbs Street, Road, Town, Tortola VG1110, British Virgin Islands.

In addition, Creditors of the Company, which is being voluntary winding-up, are required on or before 24th day of October 2015 to send in their names, addresses and particulars of their debts or claims to the Liquidator of the said Company, and if so required by notice in writing from the Liquidator, are personally or by their Solicitors to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place specified in such notice, or in default thereof, they will be deemed to waive all of such debts or claims and the Liquidators will be entitled after the above date, to distribute the funds available or any part thereof to the Member.
