Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 204(1)(b) of the BVI Business Companies Act, 2004, that the Company has commenced voluntary winding-up on 21 July 2015 and Andrea J. Douglas of P.O. Box 3423, Tropic Isle Building, Nibbs Street, Road Town, Tortola VG1110, British Virgin Islands has been appointed liquidator of the Company.

In addition, Creditors of the Company, which is being voluntary winding-up, are required on or before 21 August 2015 to send in their names, addresses and particulars of their debts or claims to the Liquidator of the said Company, and if so required by notice in writing from the Liquidator, are personally or by their Solicitors to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place specified in such notice, or in default thereof, they will be deemed to waive all of such debts or claims and the Liquidators will be entitled after the above date, to distribute the funds available or any part thereof to the Member.
