Regarding the above company with registration number HE109347, all interested parties are hereby informed that following a Special Resolution of the sole shareholder of the Company dated 15.06.2015, the Company has decided to transfer its seat from Cyprus to Canada, on 800 Rene-Levesque Blvd West, Suite 2300, Montreal, Quebec, H3B 1X9, and will submit a relevant application to the Registrar of Companies.
