Expression of Interest for the license to use/exploit the Cyprus Airways Logos
and Trademarks
The Government of the Republic of Cyprus (“Government”), the owner of the logos and trademarks (“Logos and Trademarks”) of Cyprus Airways, is inviting interested parties (“Interested Parties”) to submit an Expression of Interest (“EoI”) for the exclusive license to use/exploit the Logos and Trademarks for the operation of a flights schedule out of the Republic of Cyprus.
Cyprus Airways was the national flag carrier of the Republic of Cyprus until January 2015, when it decided to terminate all its operations and initiate the procedure for voluntary liquidation.
The purpose of this EoI process is to determine interest of prospective parties for the exclusive license to use/exploit the Logos and Trademarks for the operation of a flights schedule out of the Republic of Cyprus. On the basis of the interest submitted in this EoI process, the Government reserves the right to execute a subsequent process for the award of the exclusive license to use/exploit the Logos and Trademarks to the appropriate counterparty.
Expressions of interest should be submitted not later than 18:00 GMT on 24 July 2015.

Interested Parties wishing to submit their EoI may obtain the Invitation for the Expression of Interest document, which regulates the terms and conditions pertaining to the process, including instructions on how to submit the EoI, by sending an email with subject “Eol for Cyprus Airways Logos and Trademarks” to [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected].
