NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for the appointment of a liquidator
has been made in respect of DENWENS LIMITED whose registered
office is at c/o Mossack Fonseca & Co. (B.V.I) Ltd, 24 De Castro Street, Wickhams Cay
1, PO Box 3136, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands.
The Applicant is Dunarant Holdings Limited.
The application was filed on 28 May 2015. It will be heard at the High Court of
Justice, Supreme Court Building, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, at 9.00 am
on Thursday, 2 July 2015 or as soon thereafter as the Applicant can be heard.
Any person intending to appear at the hearing of the application, whether to support or
oppose the application, must give notice to the Applicant or their solicitors in accordance
with Rule 162 by 4.00 pm on Wednesday, 1 July 2015.
