INVITATION FOR TENDERS
TENDER NO ADM 01/14

1. The Cyprus Petroleum Storage Company Ltd. (CPSCL) (shareholder - Government of Cyprus 100%) invites tenders from interested parties for the All Risks & Terrorism Insurances which are due to expire on 31st of July, 2014. The intention of CPSCL is to obtain comprehensive protection of its exposure for All Risks of Direct Sudden and Accidental Physical Loss or Damage and Sabotage & Terrorism.

2. In addition, separate cover for co-insurance is required for CPSCL and ΚΟΔΑΠ - Κυπριακός Οργανισμός Διαχείρισης Αποθεμάτων Πετρελαιοειδών (COSMOS - Cyprus Organisation for the Storage and Management of Oil Stocks) in respect of All Risks and Terrorism for the products ΚΟΔΑΠ stores at CPSCL. Furthermore, it should be possible for these insurance policies to be assigned by the insured to a specific bank that will be declared by ΚΟΔΑΠ.

3. Tender documents can be collected from CPSCL on payment of a non-refundable fee of €50. Tenders submitted by Tenderers who did not purchase the tender documents shall be rejected.

5. All tenders must be delivered to the address referred to above in sub-section 4, not later than June 30, 2014, 14:00 hours, in a sealed envelope which must be clearly marked “Private and Confidential - Tender ADM 01/14” and bear no other distinguishing marks.
