We are seeking a motivated and skilled EU Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of European-funded projects, supporting activities from proposal preparation to project coordination and reporting. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with local and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation, coordination, and management of EU-funded projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the writing, development, and submission of proposal applications for European and international funding programmes.
  • Coordinate the implementation of projects, ensuring compliance with programme requirements, co-funding obligations, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including journalists, designers,  and communication professionals, to support project visibility and media activities.
  • Coordinate project documentation, deliverables, reporting processes, and administrative procedures.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among consortium partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Participate in networking activities, meetings, conferences, and collaborative initiatives with external partners.
  • Represent the organization at events, workshops, and meetings both locally and internationally.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in European Studies, Political Sciences, Sociology, Law, or related field. A Master’s degree is considered an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in EU projects management, either professional or volunteer.
  • Exceptional project and event management skills, with the ability to provide examples and references.
  • Fluent in English and Greek, both written and oral.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead international teams.
  • High level of initiative, creativity, and flexibility, with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Good IT and social media management skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Europe and work flexible hours.
