Larnaca Airport becomes Glafcos Clerides Airport
Larnaca Airport has been officially renamed the 'Glafcos Clerides Airport' at an official ceremony on Thursday, SigmaLive Greek reported.
The ceremony is being held at 7:30 pm, with President Nicos Anastasiades’ attendance. He will unveil a plaque that will show the airport’s new name.
The Cabinet has decided to rename the airport after the former President last November.
